Biography:

Karen Goodnight is the owner and manager of Goodnight and Associates, LLC and specializes in high-level executive performance coaching, strategic planning, and leadership and organizational development. She has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership and management experience working in and with Tribal Government, private businesses, colleges, and non-profit organizations. Karen is particularly skilled at helping individuals identify and develop their unique leadership strengths and talents through performance coaching: a customized program designed to increase an individual's leadership performance level and assist them with producing at their optimal level, both personally and professionally. She provides other leadership training and team development opportunities for individuals, teams, and organizations. Karen started Goodnight & Associates, LLC in October 2012, and has a Ph.D. in Instructional Leadership and Academic Curriculum from the University of Oklahoma.

  • 2007-2011 Chief Training Officer: Appointed as the Chief Training Officer for the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce and was responsible for the establishment and management of the department of training and development.
